All members of the Building Inspectors Association of WA (BIAWA) have demonstrated that they have the following to be accepted for membership of the association:

  • Builder’s Registration
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance
  • Are adequately experienced
  • Adhere to Australian Standard 4349
  • Demonstrate Integrity and objectivity
